MGO 250 Double Head Mitre Saw
| The machine type MGO 250 Double Head Mitre Saw is necessary for the manufacturing of PVC doors and windows. The machine is composed by a machine body and two automatic cutting heads of which one is fixed and the other one is movable. The cutting angles are adjustable on both cutting heads. Different kinds of profiles can be cut on the machine. The lengths and angles of the cuts can be adjusted.The handling of the machine is simple and it does not require an extensive technical preparation. The cutting process begins with the feed-in of the profile. The lengths and the angles have to be installed and fixed befored cutting. By pressing the start button the automatic cutting process begins. | The installation of the preferred cutting lenghts has to be done manually. The read-off of the lengths is done by an integrated measuring rod or by a digital measurement tool. In case the customers wishes an automatical length adjustment, the standard equipment can be expanded by optional tools. The automatical length adjustmentis then done by using the console on the display. With a maximum cutting diameter of 120mm, the MGO 250 enables the user to cut two profiles simultaneously. In that case the cutting capacity can be doubled and one can get two identical long profiles which increases the welding accuracy in case of pairwise welding. The MGO 250 is usable for the cuttingof all kinds of profiles. | |
